A555 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you (the "User") and a555 ("Platform", "we", "our"). By completing registration, making a deposit, or using any service available on the platform — Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, or any other product — you confirm that you have read and fully accept these terms.

The a555 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When this occurs, the "last updated" date at the top of the document will be revised and, in the case of material changes, users will be notified by email or via a notice in their account dashboard. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms apply to access via web browser, the Android and iOS app, and any other access point made available by a555 now or in the future.

To create an account with a555 and use its services, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Code.
• Not be under an active self-exclusion on any betting platform or online casino.
• Not be registered as a politically exposed person (PEP) without the required declaration on the KYC form.

Each user may hold only a single active account on the a555, linked to your CPF. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened with third-party details — will be closed immediately. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be withheld while the matter is investigated. Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent limits is considered fraudulent conduct and is subject to the penalties set out in Section 9 of this document.

During registration, the user must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. The a555 is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or outdated information provided by the user, including withdrawal delays caused by discrepancies in registration details.

The a555 applies a mandatory identity verification process — known in the industry as KYC (Know Your Customer) — for all users prior to releasing the first withdrawal. This process protects the user, ensures that only the account holder can withdraw funds, and keeps the platform compliant with the regulations applicable to the online entertainment sector in Brazil.

To complete KYC verification, the user will need to submit the following documents through the account dashboard:

• Valid government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, passport, or Carteira de Trabalho) — front and back.
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days (utility bill for electricity, water, or gas, bank statement, or credit card statement).
• Selfie holding your identity document, to confirm account ownership.

The review period is up to 48 business hours after all documents have been submitted. If additional documentation is required, the KYC team at a555 will reach out via the registered email address. Verification is a one-time process — approved documents remain valid for as long as the account is active.

The a555 may request updated documents in cases of suspected fraud, changes to registration details, or regulatory requirements. While verification is pending, the user may continue depositing and betting normally — only withdrawals are blocked until KYC is approved.

The a555 accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian users:

• Pix — instant processing, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any bank participating in the Banco Central do Brasil's Pix network.
• Bank slip (Boleto) — processing time of up to one business day after payment.
• Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo. Processing within 15 minutes.
• PicPay — instant processing via digital wallet.
• Mercado Pago — instant processing via digital wallet.
• TED Transfer — processing time of up to one business day. Available at major banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 (ten reais) for all methods. No fee is charged by a555 on deposits — the amount deposited is credited to the account in full. Any fees charged by the user's bank or digital wallet are the user's responsibility.

All deposits must be made using payment methods owned by the account holder. Deposits made using cards, bank accounts, or Pix keys belonging to third parties are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the corresponding withdrawal being blocked until ownership is confirmed.

The a555 does not store complete credit card data on its servers. Card transactions are processed by a PCI-DSS certified payment gateway. Pix key information is stored solely to process transactions and is never shared with third parties.

The default withdrawal method on a555 is via Pix, processed within 10 (ten) minutes of the request for accounts with approved KYC and no pending bonus rollover. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00 (twenty BRL) and the platform does not charge any fees on withdrawals.

Conditions applicable to all withdrawals:

• Approved KYC required for the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or Pix key held in the user's own name — matching the CPF used at registration.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after the rollover is completed are released for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals above R$ 50,000.00 (fifty thousand BRL) may take up to 24 business hours due to additional security verification.
• The a555 may request additional documentation before approving withdrawals in cases of unusual activity or suspected fraud.

The a555 does not charge fees on withdrawals. The amount requested is the amount credited to the user's account. Any interbank fees charged by the user's bank are the user's responsibility.

Bets placed on a555 are valid from the moment the ticket is confirmed by the system and the amount is deducted from the account balance. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user, except where the cash out feature is available for that specific bet.

The minimum bet per selection is R$ 5.00 (five reais) for Sports Betting. For parlay bets, the minimum applies to the full ticket. Casino and slots games have their own minimum bet values defined by each game, starting from R$ 1.00 per round.

In the event of cancellation or postponement of sporting events, the following rules apply:

• Games cancelled before they begin — the bet is voided and the amount returned to the user's balance.
• Games interrupted before completing the minimum regulation time required by the sport — bets are voided, except for markets already settled at the time of the interruption (for example, "first goal" if already scored).
• Postponed games played within 24 hours of the original date — bets remain valid, unless the user requests cancellation before the rescheduled game begins.
• Events postponed by more than 24 hours — bets are voided and stakes refunded.

The a555 reserves the right to correct obvious odds errors — including odds clearly at variance with the market due to a technical fault — before the event takes place. In such cases, the user will be notified and given the option to cancel the bet or keep it at the corrected odds.

Live bets are subject to minor odds fluctuations during processing — the confirmed value is the odds at the exact moment the bet was accepted by the system, not the odds displayed when you clicked the bet button. If a significant change occurs, the system will prompt for confirmation before processing the bet.

All bonuses offered by a555 — including the welcome bonus, reloads, cashback and seasonal promotions — are subject to specific terms and conditions published on each offer's page. Where there is a conflict between the general bonus terms described in this section and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion's specific terms prevail.

Welcome Bonus:

• Value: 100% of the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00 (five hundred reais).
• Eligible only for users who have not yet made any deposit on the platform.
• Rollover for Sports Betting: x5 (five times the bonus amount) with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection.
• Rollover for slots and casino: x30 (thirty times the bonus amount).
• Rollover completion deadline: 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Any bonus not completed within the deadline is automatically cancelled, with no impact on the real balance deposited by the user.

General rules applicable to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are granted for use on the platform and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• One welcome bonus per CPF, address, device, or IP address.
• The a555 may modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is suspected — including creating multiple accounts, combining bets to artificially reduce risk, or using a VPN to bypass geographic restrictions — a555 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and withhold any associated winnings.
• Bets placed with bonus balance on games excluded from the specific promotion do not count toward rollover completion.

The casino section of a555 offers over two thousand titles, including slots, progressive jackpot, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, crash games, and bingo. All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) systems certified by independent laboratories, ensuring random and unbiased results.

The a555 may temporarily suspend specific games for maintenance or updates. In such cases, bets in progress are completed before the suspension or returned to the user's balance.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on a555 and may result in account suspension or permanent closure, balance retention, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account at the same time.
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or the KYC process.
• Using automated scripts, bots or any software to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting system errors, bugs, or platform vulnerabilities for personal gain. Any identified vulnerabilities must be reported to a555.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to disguise location or identity in order to circumvent platform restrictions.
• Depositing funds from illegal activities or using the platform for money laundering.
• Placing combined bets with other users to exploit promotions in a coordinated manner (abuse of bonus terms).
• Making deposits using third-party payment instruments or initiating fraudulent chargebacks.
• Harassing, threatening or intimidating other users or members of the support team at a555.

The a555 monitors betting activity and transactions in real time to detect patterns indicating the behaviors described above. If an investigation is opened, the account may be preventively suspended with notice to the user. The user will have an opportunity to present their case before any final account closure decision is made.

The a555 believes that betting and gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. That is why the platform provides responsible gambling tools with immediate access in the account settings, with no need to contact support.

Tools available to all users of a555:

• Deposit limit — daily, weekly, or monthly. Once set, a limit can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period, to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session loss limit — sets a maximum loss amount per gambling session. Once reached, the session ends automatically.
• Mandatory cooldown — temporary pause of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the cooldown period, access to the platform is suspended.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion — account suspension for a period chosen by the user (from 1 to 12 months). The suspension takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the end of the period.
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanent account closure. Request it via support at suporte@a555.world. The a555 processes permanent self-exclusion requests within 24 hours.

The a555 prohibits access by anyone under 18. If underage access is suspected — reported by the user, a family member, or identified by the team — the account is suspended immediately pending investigation. Parents or guardians who find a minor using the platform should contact us at suporte@a555.world right away.

The user may request voluntary closure of their account with a555 at any time via live chat or by email at suporte@a555.world. Before closure, all available funds in the real balance will be returned via Pix to the key registered on the account, provided KYC is approved and no investigation is pending.

The a555 may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Confirmed violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering.
• Court order, arbitration ruling, or regulatory determination.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no activity for more than 24 consecutive months may be closed with 30 days' prior email notice.
• Permanent self-exclusion request submitted by the user.

In the event of closure due to a terms violation, the a555 will assess the return of real balance on a case-by-case basis. Bonus balance is not returned in cases of closure due to a violation. The user has the right to submit their defense by email before a final decision is made in cases where the closure is not due to self-exclusion.

The a555 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes to the services offered, the regulatory landscape of the betting industry in Brazil, or strategic decisions made by the platform. All changes are published on this page with a revised update date at the top of the document.

For material changes — those affecting users' significant rights or obligations — the a555 will send an email notification at least 7 (seven) days before the changes take effect. Users who do not agree with the new terms must close their account before the effective date, following the process described in Section 11.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.

Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Brazilian law, including the Brazilian Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), and other legislation applicable to the online entertainment sector in force in Brazil.

Jurisdiction: For the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions, the parties mutually agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

Friendly Resolution: Before pursuing legal action, the user is encouraged to contact a555 via live chat or by email at suporte@a555.world to seek an amicable resolution of the dispute. The a555 is committed to responding to formal resolution requests within 5 (five) business days.

Limitation of Liability: The a555 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to betting losses, service interruptions caused by force majeure, or failures in external telecommunications networks.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the specific terms of each promotion, constitute the entire agreement between the user and a555, superseding any prior agreements, whether verbal or written.

Partial Invalidity: If any clause of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining clauses will continue in full force and effect.
